The Alternative Space
Welcome to the virtual home of inamoment theatre company.
TheAlternativeSpace exists to explore the freedom of creating collaborative works in the virtual world; writing, performing, speaking, listening, seeing, hearing - and so much more.
We want it to be a welcoming environment for us all.
Our Story
We began in another time, another universe . . . well, not really. In 2003 we started as a stage theatre company, Heart Productions. The name changed in 2006 to inamoment but everything else pretty much stayed the same - to create original, high-quality stage plays.
For nearly 20 years we have been on the road, performing in places throughout England - Birmingham, Edinburgh, London, Manchester, Bristol, Bath, Oldham, and Buxton.
Finally, in 2020, we now have our own Theatre, The Alternative Space, thanks to the advances made by digital know how.
